Fastframe Window System

Similar in design to Fastframe doors but uses slightly less metal and components to make it more cost effective for long runs of windows or solid walls.

Accessories

Accessories to complement the Fastframe system include:

• Aluminium disabled ramps.
• Aluminium guttering
• Headboard infill panels (for legs above 2.4m)
• Gable end fixing kits
• 45 degree fixing kits

Advantages of new system

Multifunctional

One main frame with the insertion or removal of Mullen legs will form many different styles of door, window or solid wall. ( Door units do not have to be placed centrally; they can also be placed on the left or right hand side of the unit.)

Collapsible

A basic 3m frame, once collapsed will fit in the back of a small van. Any damaged parts can be easily and cheaply replaced. Lightweight units, (once dismantled) can easily be transported and delivered on to site.

Fastframe Door System

This clever award winning design comprises of an aluminium main frame, a number of upright legs and two horizontals, top and bottom, (our own specially designed extrusion.) assembled with our collapsible mitre joint.

Mullen legs and cassettes can then be inserted into pre-drilled positions to form a bespoke unit of your choice. 3m and 5m Fastframe units are available

Cassettes

The Fastframe system incorporates three different sizes of cassette – 3m cassettes which fit 3m units, 5m cassettes which fit 5m units and multi cassettes which fit 3m and 5m units.

Features

We have two types of cassettes to form door and window units:

• Aluminium cassettes are available in anodised or powder coated finish in a square top and bottom design.
• Timber cassettes are available in a variety of coloured stained finishes in a square top and bottom design or Georgian style.

Solid wall panels :

• Aluminium composite – many colours are available.

Panic bars are fitted as standard internally. Externally several options are available.

Easily converted to other applications

• A door unit will easily and cheaply convert to a window unit
• Parts are interchangeable between 3m and 5m units
  

Easily assembled

One man can build and install a basic 3m unit in approximately 5 to 10 minutes
