Assembly Instructions
1. Place U channel in to the cader grove on the marquee leg.
2. Turn bottom rail upside down (the bottom rail has a timber skid fixed on the underside), attach ramps with 120mm long silver bolts & wing nuts to the bottom rail in the position required to the predrilled holes.
3. Attach first leg to the bottom rail using the M10 x 65mm black cap head bolt with the Allen key provided.
4. Insert first leg & bottom rail in to U channel on marquee leg. Position bottom rail straight to opposite marquee leg.
5. Place windows / door cassette sub frame & mullion legs on to the bottom rail in the desired position, Inserting million legs in to predrilled holes.
6. Place top rail on to the unit. Attach to top corner joint using the M10 x 65mm black cap head bolt provided. Note (Joints can be bolted from the side or top.)
7. Place final mainframe leg & bolt with M10 x 65mm black cap head bolts provided.
8. Insert fixing bar into cader grove of the opposite marquee leg & bolt to box section attached to the final mainframe leg using the M10 x 75mm silver coach bolts, through predrilled slots (fixing bar), Predrilled holes (box section) main frame leg.
9. Hang doors on lift of hinges. Check for alignment. Bolt on any gutters & headboards with M10 x 25mm cap head bolts provided.
